Whimsical management. No value for hard work. Partiality towards some faculty members. Seniority not taken into account while giving promotion. No job security. Top management only listens to the local management of the college and has no regard for the problems faced by the faculties. Even if you try to contact them they will pay no heed.

Likes

The Institute facilitated fully remote work from home (in this case teach from home) facilities. We teach on JIS LMS which is a remote teaching portal which is both accessible as well as private. The college is fitted with sanitizer dispenser, remote operation of electrical appliances etc to make sanitary habits easy to acquire.

Dislikes

There is guarantee about when probation might be lifted and the increment can be denied more than two years in a row to on probation faculties.
