The work pressure high all department complaints that hearing by nsg staff like food and beverage that come under the dietician but hearing by nsg staff complication mor related Housekeeping

1.According experience hear there is no good salary, for 1 year experience staff getting same salary &4yearsbexperience staff getting same salary. 2.staff nurse manpower is less. 3.narayana hostel facility is not good for staff nurse & the food is very very bad.

Double shifts are really very hard to work it is beyond our level, and pay for our work is too low comparing to other organizations apart from that im happy with the work
