I can't say that there is any gross dislike. However, I will definitely expect a pay hike of some sorts especially after having worked for two and half years. And one thing, there should be some display where patients should get to know that we junior consultants exist. Because slowly and surely the concern will definitely look to give us more responsibility and then all of a sudden patients get to know names and faces which are absolutely new to them and hence trust has to be built right from scratch. Rather it would be great that the patients get to know that we the junior consultants are working under the very able guidance of our senior consultants

Like working in a govt hosp... nobody questions you so no pressure in that way..if u keep on doing your work quietly you can stay in the company for years together..nobody cares actually.unlike other corporate hospitals

...k ..no appreciation and instead you are made a scapegoat in case of any issue. Salary is less than market standards. Toxic culture of boss pleasing people.people who are old in the system just won't let you do your work peacefully and try their best to put you down.only way of survival is either be a boss pleaser say yes to every work even if it isn't your responsibility or keep on working quietly without raising your voice or just change your job.The culture sucks big time.

Narayana hrudayalaya is one of the best hospital,In pandemic time hospital management given good support and hospital provide PPE,health insurance transportation also. Complany policies are good like Fairness work in work,attendance and punctuality,corporate email policy, leaves ect..

Work place is good but management giving low salary and also im not satisfied my career growth.

...ined staffs and very good doctors who really take a good care of their patients. A decent salary.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. And at end of the day pressure is all that you gonna carry.

...anagement is transparent. there is huge cafetria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
