The clinical facilities and work culture and coordination among doctors are really good.Management stuffs are cordial.. HR department is very much cooperative and professional in every aspects...

The salary structure and the appraisal are not up-to the mark or satisfactory as per your credentials,experiences and as compared to the rest of the healthcare organizations....The facility directors and senior administrative people should not be a non-medical person who doesn't understand about the patient quality care and medical ethics.....

Ita a NABH accreditation hospital. So the certificate valuable.

Depends on experience not getting the salary and respect from athers. Night duty was Terrible 😔. Only one person in night duty. OT pharmacy and Ip Pharmacy need to manage one person. In that hurry mood more mistakes was happening.

When I join that time salary was they not increased . Why I said like this means especially during Covid pandemic time we faced more consequences...

Only the salary comes on time and work time is little flexible.

Work pressure is so high.Lack of staff. FD is not approachable. Director should be from medical background but is not .Medical superintendent fails to utilise his power and position.Increment is not good as per workload.
