...o work abord also..this is a good career to starting your life.good team work .you may get salary at right time hospital polices is good..good place to work there..they are not only focusing on the job and also cultural programme will be there in festival time.

It was good place to work.. but sometime I may get mental pressure. And sometime somewhere I saw the partiality also. Sometime I didn't get week off.

IN THE NARAYANA PARTIALITY IS VERY COMMON. HERE MOST OF TIME PROMOTION HAS NOT HAPPENED PROPERLY AS PER SOMEONE’S ABILITIES OR HARDWORKING.

Availability of resources is good so we can manage patient better , I kearned a lot in my one year at NH MMI RAIPUR

The clinical facilities and work culture and coordination among doctors are really good.Management stuffs are cordial.. HR department is very much cooperative and professional in every aspects...

The salary structure and the appraisal are not up-to the mark or satisfactory as per your credentials,experiences and as compared to the rest of the healthcare organizations....The facility directors and senior administrative people should not be a non-medical person who doesn't understand about the patient quality care and medical ethics.....
