... would like to inform about injustice being done to teachers in Narayana school. They recruit teachers on urgent basis and force them to start working immediately but they don't pay salary for first ten days as it takes minimum ten days to get access to biometric device. New joiners come to know this only after getting their first salary. My dear innocent teachers before joining Narayana make sure that your are paid from the joining date

...ce. No employee benefits. PF & ESI deducted but the same is not being deposited. They will trap you while discussing the salary, so always confirm the In Hand Salary or else they will put your desired salary as CTC and your In hand Salary would become less.

Worst organisation never try to join here have been trying and habituated to suck our blood no moral and ethical values and no fallowing of government norms

No care Less salaries No proper time in salary credit Torture to collect fee and renewals and admissions if students Particularly in pandemic covid 19 paying less than half salary after two months... getting tears some time to work here and to take this much less salary really these people are encashing by covid 19 but as a teacher we lost everything here

As a teacher u will get good experience.u innovate new ideas, u learn new things, but there is no salary hike or u get promotions. Managing ur work life and personal life is little tough as u won't get time..

The work pressure is very high.. growth is slow.. there will be no appreciation for the work you have done..
