I don't like anything about this management

To be honest I literally hate the management. Pros: NOTHING CONS: • Very less salary compared to other CBSE schools • they help you how to cheat ( teachers are responsible to rewrite the answer sheets of competitive exams) • too much politics and partiality • no proper planning if any event is to be conducted • everything is only for picture sake. They conduct program only for capturing Pictures to fake that the program happened very well but the truth is even the child in those pictures are taught to act. • The management is actually making the parents fool. • The workshops aren't informative and does not help in any way. • And I swear, there is only one computer teacher for WHOLE SCHOOL. And no Art teacher at all. • Teachers are not only meant to teach their subjects but they are even used as Dance, art and craft, etc, etc... So teacher are supposed to do everything... For a less wage... • they will promise you that the Saturday will be a holiday but the truth is they will even ask you to work on Sunday • very important point- teachers are made to call parents after the working hours. Each day teachers are supposed to call volunteerly to parents and speak for few minutes for no reason only then proper salary will be provided • no salary slips will be provided... If they provide, you can see them with the least details in it. • management will not give PF employers share which in turn will be deducted from your salary only. • soft skill training will happen only for picture purpose. • MANY MORE CONS.......

Chennai team mangment is worst .i didn't ever seen like this kind of peoples Late salary issues Full pressure No job satisfaction No job security Low salary level High level politics only Telugu people only can survive. Because they people have only plenty of benefits . That's NARAYANA SCHOOL @ COLLEGE senirio So please take my suggestion plz go some to find a better job. Don't go for Narayana that's my request to friends....

There is nothing secure here either work culture , job security, salary on time , no promotion. one thing is perfect here that is caller buttering and polishing of higher authority to secure their job only and nothing else. Horrible and toxic work culutre. I felt burn out here. In future i suggest do not join narayana.

No job security, employees change as per head mind. If they comfortable with staff then u are safe otherwise you are fired without any reason. This is happening specially in Nagpur Branch. No appreciation. No Support

...pping the salaries of the employees on the basis of admissions, fees collection. Leaving employees salary not settling and not crediting. My advice is that , any organisation should send the employee happily by settling the working days salary. Every employee should feel happy and good relationship with organisation. After leaving the organisation employee should not do propaganda that " Narayana school won't settle the leaving employees.No job security".
