We should pay attention on how pvt companies are treating their employees during this period, it speaks about their core ethics! I have actually learned it during this crisis. Extremely work pressure, no work - life balance, no ethics, no responsibility nothing even working for the whole month, even after reaching your target, will not get paid! Very very very poor organization! Narayana is a big name in southern India but it will never reach the same height in Bengal!

Job security depend on management. Work culture so tired. Management and company policies are doubtful.

No value of hard working employee. If u are expert in buttering then u can join. Salary and growth both of them hamper.

Poor location for new marketing or sales persons.

Dislikes

No training and skill development program, no HR policy. If you want salary after 40-50 days working then you can join. Here management want only revenue they don't want to spend money on skill development program and other benefits for employees.

They never gives salary on time & even most of the time remove the employee by not giving the salary of 2 or 3 months

They don't give salaries as promised,they keeps marketing persons for three months & kicks out without giving salary of 2 or 3 months .WORST COMPANY.NO JOB FUTURE.

There is nothing secure here either work culture , job security, salary on time , no promotion. one thing is perfect here that is caller buttering and polishing of higher authority to secure their job only and nothing else. Horrible and toxic work culutre. I felt burn out here. In future i suggest do not join narayana.
