... worked 5 years plus and they are not having any vision. Always Financial issue. No exact date of salary . I am really sure that I have left some months salary without knowing myself. So much delay in salary.

Compensation is not that much good. Growth is very slow. They have established well in all over India but they are not able to retain the quality. Working hours sometimes I have done is like 14-18 hours in a day. And no recognition no reward no learning skill..

Job security depend on management. Work culture so tired. Management and company policies are doubtful.

No value of hard working employee. If u are expert in buttering then u can join. Salary and growth both of them hamper.

Poor location for new marketing or sales persons.

No training and skill development program, no HR policy. If you want salary after 40-50 days working then you can join. Here management want only revenue they don't want to spend money on skill development program and other benefits for employees.

They never gives salary on time & even most of the time remove the employee by not giving the salary of 2 or 3 months

They don't give salaries as promised,they keeps marketing persons for three months & kicks out without giving salary of 2 or 3 months .WORST COMPANY.NO JOB FUTURE.

There is nothing secure here either work culture , job security, salary on time , no promotion. one thing is perfect here that is caller buttering and polishing of higher authority to secure their job only and nothing else. Horrible and toxic work culutre. I felt burn out here. In future i suggest do not join narayana.
