... worked 5 years plus and they are not having any vision. Always Financial issue. No exact date of salary . I am really sure that I have left some months salary without knowing myself. So much delay in salary.

Compensation is not that much good. Growth is very slow. They have established well in all over India but they are not able to retain the quality. Working hours sometimes I have done is like 14-18 hours in a day. And no recognition no reward no learning skill..

Poor location for new marketing or sales persons.

Dislikes

No training and skill development program, no HR policy. If you want salary after 40-50 days working then you can join. Here management want only revenue they don't want to spend money on skill development program and other benefits for employees.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
