I don't know from where to start. Worst policies. They count week off as a leave. No leave policies are there, even when someone falls sick he has to compromise his weekoff. No job security. Management can Chuck out you anytime without giving justification and vigilant through their cctvs 24*7. Internal politics are at peak, existing employees can induce you to leave. Better to stay home than joining this fraud NGO

one thing that I doesn't like is that there are not given appraisal according to employs work performance. there is also no skill development for employs personal growth and neither any additional program or seminar for employs development.
