Nothing. It is a horrible company in which some persons in top management make life miserable for working person so that they can bring in their contacts into the company by firing those already working.

3rd Class Top management and no work ethics and principles. Worst company to work with in automotive sector.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salery is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
