Compensation is decent . But growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 18 hour straight in day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Great great organization in which I'm learning as compared my friend who works in other company. Supportive senior cultural programme always on top like cricket tournament ACMA T10 i loved this a great league and other kaizen sermony in quaterly yearly, quality month celebrate at good level, other given training at great level, salary to much low but comfortable no extra pressure on emloyee. Good working environment, clear cut for all work for company company always work for you. Good meal healthy ,overall subros give me great experience and time.

Subros no any issues but some point to employee dislike all type fund, bonus and incentives permotion to be low or disturbing all employee

Subros is one of the leading HVAC menufacturing that fills dreams of youths. The organisation have well managed HR team and have good behaviour. The work culture show their consistency,and good will to their work. They have advanced staff with willing to work.

Dislikes

Working culture, trainings and environment are very good here but still a quite bad thing in salary that they provide untill a level.

...olitics, good facilities like-transport, canteen, and good environment... For b.tech it is excellent in about salary and designation growth but growth of diploma holders is very poor

Diploma holders not satisfied from salary and growth is very slow and management is very selfish

After lockdown they will take 12hours of work for continuously 2 month thats the main thing which i dislike about this company otherwise is company is good for working ..
