the company is filled with lazy folks who just want to sit back, relax and mint money, although the last part is not happening lately. they offer long work from home stints, just to ensure the people don't complain about the stagnancy in the company.

It was good till two years ago but from last two years there are severe salary delay issues and the employees who are currently working in that company didn't receive their salaries from more than 10 months

Absolutely nothing, I feel there is no point in running this company it feels like they are running this company to launder black money. Don't trust me? Just google the founder's of the company and their relationship with Harshad Mehta.

In my 17 months tenure only received salary 2 on time. When I said "on time" I mean on the last working day. Often salaries get delayed by 2 months. For example, received Jan and Febs salary in 2 week of march(2023)

The salary is not on time, the work culture is toxic wherein the manager will ask you work without paying salary. Overall it's a very bad choice. Only join if you want to make your life pathetic.
