Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

pay would sometimes be wrong and you always had to chase this up. Management was poor. Works you like dogs. No consideration for your emotions or problems. Has this family culture but only so they can guilt you to work more.

Salary is very late,growth is very very slow. Their is no one to listen staff issue. The only thing management care about is sale.lot of politics towards nationalities.owner of the company don't even know what is going on with the staff and no one even do care.

Compensation is decen but growth is slow. The work preddure is very hig.Sometime I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a dau as I have to attend client calls in the evining and somtimes late into the night.

Bad people, they think that they have permanent position in nandos and their selected people only do work in nandos and who can do buttering and also their personal work, seniors mentally is that junior treating them like they are the owner of nandos.

some teammates were so good and friendly, training was awesome company is so good and i loved working with nandos the best part is i get to serve international celibrities. i have no complaints about company.

Some senior teammates were not good and helpful they discriminate with new hired employees they behaved like illiterate goons.thats make me to leave the company. nandos is one of my fav company where i have worked. i wanted to achieve success by serving the company with my best efforts but couldn't.
