Nothing that's why I choose to resign.

...s work. They have flexible and reduced working hours for "THE FAMILY EMPLOYEES". You will never get free by 6:30 and they don't pay for the over time. They change my profile work frequently and adds new jobs. They are very bad at giving incentives and bonus. There is no professionalism or proper working culture they keep on changing my workplace for no reason manager was also very partial and not doing anything for employees and company development. You have to plead in front of you senior and then the boss of the company to take a leave, if you get I'll and took a day off they think you are making excuses they literally told me to take medicine and get back to the work. In short they treat their "NON FAMILY EMPLOYEES" like a tissue use and throw.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
