Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Likes

Proper management and creating all learning platforms for the teaching faculties and paving free learning part from the scheduled syllabus. Policy of Nandha Institutions is genuine and cultivating good discipline and trusted future pathway for the youngsters.

Dislikes

Miscommunication between faculties. Even though it doesn't concern the management, our management is taking responsibility for the clashes and spotted reputation breakers in the society.
