everything. overtime, lowest salary possible, and senior developers are all freelancers. Even on big projects company is utilizing interns with some fresher leading the team. unrealistic deadlines. Monday to staurday working days. many times you even have to work on sundays as well. 9 working hours officially but overtime is a daily routine. even interns work almost 11-12 hours. Unrealistic expectations. indefinite roles - you might be working on the web, android, devops and data science altogether.

Its the worst company ever, it follows hire and fire policy. Most of the positive reviews submitted are from the friends and families. They dont have projects and hence micro management is too high. If you have any other option please opt for that instead of effecting your mental and health conditions afterwards
