There is nothing to like about this organisation. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. The chairman and Vice Chair Person are worst. They are illiterate and do not respect their employees. The work culture is toxic and not at all professional.

... organisation ever. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. They harras and torture employees. They might offer very high salary but do not join. They are offering high salary because no one is ready to join them. The salary is comes 20 to 25 days late. The chairman is illiterate and unprofessional and tortures employees for no reason. They do not respect any professional person as the chairman himself is completely unprofessional. Company cut the salary on non power supply day... Doesn't give any medical insurance benefit... No medical expenditure benefit for staff members... If you met with any accident, this Nahar company will erase all your details from company... No salary increment for 2 consecutive years in COVID... No increment policy is used...all decisions are taken by randomly...by higher authorities... No proper take care and maintenance of machines...

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
