It would be good to be working in Nahar in earlier years but at present...the company management is not stable internally..

Dislikes

Company cut the salary on non power supply day... Doesn't give any medical insurance benefit... No medical expenditure benefit for staff members... If you met with any accident, this Nahar company will erase all your details from company... No salary increment for 2 consecutive years in COVID... No increment policy is used...all decisions are taken by randomly...by higher authorities... No proper take care and maintenance of machines...

There is nothing to like about this organisation. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. The chairman and Vice Chair Person are worst. They are illiterate and do not respect their employees. The work culture is toxic and not at all professional.

... organisation ever. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. They harras and torture employees. They might offer very high salary but do not join. They are offering high salary because no one is ready to join them. The salary is comes 20 to 25 days late. The chairman is illiterate and unprofessional and tortures employees for no reason. They do not respect any professional person as the chairman himself is completely unprofessional. Credit of sallery timely and increment but increment is too small in which some stagf is very supportive

Dislikes

A top level management not given chanse to develop you both technical and professional and it's giving huse disadvantages in future sallery &mess deduction is very high but food is not good according to price

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
