... and employee centric but all depends on which client you will get to work with. Salary is also good but not best. You can get chance to learn new and cutting edge technologies and if client is using then you can get practical experience as well. WFH is available so work life balance is good.

HR promises for onsite opportunity. Some leaders and manages are always take side of client and they are more inclined towards client satisfaction but not for Nagarro's employee but again this is not same for all managers.

...ies. No raise for getting promoted. 5. Year end appraisals are also very bad. 6. Variables in Nagarro, are divided into 2 parts- a) Allocational bonus (which you get full, only if you are on project and not on bench). b) Organisational bonus (started 3 years ago), but employees just received it once, as it depends on company’s performance. And the company is not performing well, that it why they are cutting the organisational bonuses for everyone. May be, higher management are getting though. 7. Even after clearing 3 round of interviews, you will be on bench and again struggling to appease internal interviewer and then client side interviewer to get the project, else sit on bench and loose your allocational bonus.

No projects at all, variable pay keep on increasing,salary hike deferred by 6 months with no arrears,no scope for learning, waste management will force to work on multiple projects

... in tier 1 even in tier 2 or tier 3, so you can go office near your hometown. It's a company with a good work-life balance including a good salary as per market standards.
