...k pressure as they commit to client more than they can do, to get the project. Some of HR polices need to improve like weekend working and all, also no other benefits than salary .(In WFH no Wi-fi , no furniture benefits)

Not all project are good, a lot of them have just maintainance work which isn’t disclosed at time of internal interview. Also, you will get stuck in such projects once assigned to. Skills will die away and you will there doing redundant work.

This company is run by people who have been with Nagarro for long time, they can do anything they get there relatives and friends good projects and good position in the company and some of the managers are not worthy of being a manager specially in the support domain.

In 2 years, I had learn a lot in term of technology. I met a lot of tech guys who were ready to help and accept innovative thoights. Perk is on average compare to market otherwise no issue at all.
