I won't recommend this company at the moment due to its poor work life balance. There is no salary increase with promotions, despite undergoing serval rounds of interview as if the employee changing the entire company, Annual increments are always delayed with excuses and promotions are consistently delayed , resulting in unfair increments even with excellent client feedback. When you raise issue with HR regarding that , they often dismiss them claiming project isn't providing funds and they won't take any initiative as they intact nothing would change in increments as discussion regarding compensation is just a formality Honestly, Nagarro Performance has declined with the time in terms of work culture , increments , promotions

Company culture is excellent. Good compensation. Top Leadership is approachable. Work life balance in current project is very good.

Dislikes

Project allocation is random and forced upon. Mid level management sometimes doesn't care about company employee policies. Recent laterally hired employees.

Nagarro is the best company i have ever worked with. No words to speak about its goodness learning opportunities, Various platform to grow, latest cutting edge top notch technologies are being used in almost every project.

No opportunity to grow. If you are technical person you will not find much opportunities. Higher management are clueless, and do not have skills to negotiate with clients. I have seen people with technical designations are doing PMOs or pre-sales work. Health and Life insurance are low , they should have given higher security in those terms Leaves are very less.

Company is about the leaders and managers. If you get good team and the manager, company is good else we know what to do...

...iple rounds and course learnings to get promoted but it will be the dry one i.e. no hike on promotion. 2. No good hikes even on appraisal cycle after promotion. 3. Yearly appraisal percentage is lowered down than what was there 3 years ago.
