...ne to grow. Since it is non-hierarchal, no one is supervising me, but my work. Addition to that, perks to work with nagarro are many! supportive team, excellent compensation, on time appraisals without hitting head to supervisors (as there aren't any)

the recruitment process is little tedious and slow. it is quiet generic and not tailored as per individual practices.

...ctive channels with senior management continuous participation & encouragement - Different type of projects with latest & cutting edge tech-stack - Good HR policies like tax benefits, compensation - CARING culture reflected in discussion

While thee is always something to improve, as of now, could not think of anything major.

Likes

Growth and work life balance. Work from anywhere has been a revelation from Nagarro

Dislikes

The only thing that can be improved is compensation standard. There is a lot of pay disparity on same levels which can be disheartening

Likes

On time salary. Motivation to learning. Work from home or hybrid work culture.

Dislikes

Too many variables in salary structure. Very low appraisal after postponing it for 6 months. HRs are not supportive. Some project leads/ teams are partial and too much internal politics. No job security as silent layoffs are happening for over more than a year.

Nagarro is great in terms of salary and learning compared to other MNC companies

Dislikes

In some projects, WLB hurts but there are many great projects. Job security is not that great if there are no projects for your technology they can fire you in 2-3 months for higher salaried employees.
