...iple rounds and course learnings to get promoted but it will be the dry one i.e. no hike on promotion. 2. No good hikes even on appraisal cycle after promotion. 3. Yearly appraisal percentage is lowered down than what was there 3 years ago.

Many salary saving options, perks are good. they care for the employees. HR department is very nice, they listen to your queries and try to resolve asap. They also have some good tests so that you can brush up your skills.

As like other service based companies here are also few issues and the Work Life balance depends on the Manager if the Manager is cool and supportive than its good else person have to stretch a bit on the work front.

Nothing to like. Giving 24*7 Support for complete week, even 3 AM IST. Hired for development work, and after 1 month they put me in support maintenance project with devops work.

... in tier 1 even in tier 2 or tier 3, so you can go office near your hometown. It's a company with a good work-life balance including a good salary as per market standards.
