Dislikes

Too many variables in salary structure. Very low appraisal after postponing it for 6 months. HRs are not supportive. Some project leads/ teams are partial and too much internal politics. No job security as silent layoffs are happening for over more than a year.

...o, each individual in the company is fairly given his/her space for development. With flexible hours, direct client interactions, above average compensation, existing employees satisfaction are cherry on top.

Dislikes

There is always a scope of improvement no matter what. One of the most striking factor is the existing industry practice, where in an individual is paid more than the existing employee just because there is a requirement.

...on to work that much hours. 3. Lots of issues with Timesheet, working hours etc. If you miss to fill the timesheet within 2 days it will be taken as loss of pay. 4. HR says that they are approachable but almost 4-5 times when required i approached to them and did not get any response from them. I have even the screenshots to reference of such incidence. 5. No motivation or any enthusiasm from the management to join other calls like company level meetings, fun meetings etc. The HRs behaviour completely changes once you join the organisation, which is very bad what I felt of. There are lot more things which can be improved but nobody cares about it. These issues lead me to search for other organisation just after 4 months.

Flat structure, salary better than most of the service based companies

1.This company just works as consulting firm where they provide resources to clients and that is it. After that it all depends on the client you are working for. 2. If you do not like the work/the skillset is not matching, though you can talk to your Nagarro manager but the end result is zero as what Nagarro is concerned about is just billing 3. Rejecting projects option ,low meeting Wednesday , work from anywhere is all a myth as it depends on client
