Recently I have observed one issue related to salary increments which is around 4-6% of the CTC. Whereas the current inflation of country is around 7%.

Nagarro provides remote job for some projects. Also tax declaration process is also good. You can opt for Carporate nps, and many more. Leave policies are also good.

Bench is hell. Allocation process is really terrible. There are dry promotions mostly and hike in salary is like only tax increased not inhand salary. In the name of organizational bonus they did salary cut i.e. 3% of fixed component. Most of Clients projects have old techstack. No work life balance due to bad clients. They fired most of employees while market was down.

Earlier during COVID work culture was good but now they are hiring employees saying remote working but when actually joins there is no remote opportunity to the employee instead employees are forced to work on client location saying there is no remote opportunity at present.

Like every other IT company, I experienced 1. Old IT Projects, but not all projects are old 2. Political mindset of managers who created unnecessary pressure. Even presenting most of the time and giving extra hours (Saturday and Sunday), I was given the title of Idle person. Most of the people who helped to develop the project in its crucial phase left because of it.
