I won't recommend this company at the moment due to its poor work life balance. There is no salary increase with promotions, despite undergoing serval rounds of interview as if the employee changing the entire company, Annual increments are always delayed with excuses and promotions are consistently delayed , resulting in unfair increments even with excellent client feedback. When you raise issue with HR regarding that , they often dismiss them claiming project isn't providing funds and they won't take any initiative as they intact nothing would change in increments as discussion regarding compensation is just a formality Honestly, Nagarro Performance has declined with the time in terms of work culture , increments , promotions

Project Allocation experience can be improved, More onsite opportunities can be given. Should not be not much difference in the salaries of a new person with same experience than the existing employee.

I like that Nagarro is a Non-hierarchical company, it really is, which is a very good experience for me after my previous companies.

...only but my salary composition is below average as per the industry standards. I know that people with the same designation in the company is taking a good compensation then me.

... down and m sure because of them soon Nagarro will be scrambling over nothing. It's good in terms of salary, hike and other monetary benefits but if you talk about good projects and learning trust me they have nothing.

Everything except pay hell stupid management , manager is quite demeanour. she doesn’t even know the oracle terminology and doesn’t know how to talk .. if i talk about module leaders ohhh my god, no knowledge trust me 0 knowledge . Yes ! manager (She) do back shit a lot ... Meher Madhurima at least support women in their hard times, you really need to learn a lot and Harvinder get a good training material else you will be in Nagarro forever because none is hiring you for your 0 knowledge. They really don't have a single Oracle fusion project and they are doing RFPs for ages that's it. They hire HCM resources so that they can learn and give them 100% hikes,
