On time salary. Motivation to learning. Work from home or hybrid work culture.

Dislikes

Too many variables in salary structure. Very low appraisal after postponing it for 6 months. HRs are not supportive. Some project leads/ teams are partial and too much internal politics. No job security as silent layoffs are happening for over more than a year.

Delivery Person is one of the worst part in my story, my delivery manager is ( sayd aftab ) the perfect example of dictator. Everything Need to Approved by your DM. even after working in rotational shift, on festivals on every Sat or Sunday he will never apricate you. and they forgot to appricate their employees and worst part every HR come to you and Just explain this Need to Approve by DM and this is our policy. Don't Join get a new offer from somewhere else.

Working at Nagarro is quiet good, the work culture when I started was quiet good. Work from anywhere concept is a boon for many of colleagues working here.

Dislikes

...anization and devalue you, which is not acceptable. Never let go off your value. Salary and appraisal may be affected as other organizations based on favoritism. Politics within team may hamper overall organization and try to have transparency. Once, you start working to complete your work though deadline is not ideal they take it for granted and tell you in heavy voice like did you say you didn't want to work beyond, hello I have already surpassed my working hours and just to make your unrealistic deadline I'm working long hours. Do respect and don't bully. Health insurance is in your salary and if you want to cover parents, more you need to pay.

Nothing to dislike. I enjoy working at Nagarro but sometimes i feel my compensation is not upto the my capability and the work i do

Employee caring and employee friendly. Timely salary and procedure. Near and clear proceedings

Dislikes

No job security.mismanagement while hiring freshers. No project work .long bench peroid which may disturb fresher future. Frequently change in assignment technology which do not allow fresher to make even 20% grip on a technology
