Project allocations for the Employees and freshers are too slow and not getting sometimes . Employees are more on bench for several months

I think HR guys have too much on rhe plate which leads to delayed responses but the resolution of issues and concerns always are fruitful

It's just like everything is good but hike and appraisals are not satisfactory. I received my first hike after 1.5 years due to company not performing well and that too was less than. 5 percent.
