Project allocations for the Employees and freshers are too slow and not getting sometimes . Employees are more on bench for several months

The work culture, work life balance, the equality in designation all these are very good in Nagarro. Also anyone can do any training, can learn any technology.

Dislikes

There is no long duration project right now. Maximum projects are very short duration. So for this need to stay in bench maximum times.

Working environment is excellent and people are very good to work with.

Dislikes

I think HR guys have too much on rhe plate which leads to delayed responses but the resolution of issues and concerns always are fruitful
