Skill development and learning is good at Nagarro where as promotions and salary hike is too slow this year when compared to previous years

Project allocations for the Employees and freshers are too slow and not getting sometimes . Employees are more on bench for several months

... security Biased to North Indian people, they speak in Hindi only in meetings . No proper work culture , they want to promote company in south , please don’t join this week , don’t attract to salary when they give initially All are short term projects

The work culture, work life balance, the equality in designation all these are very good in Nagarro. Also anyone can do any training, can learn any technology.

Dislikes

There is no long duration project right now. Maximum projects are very short duration. So for this need to stay in bench maximum times.
