It's just like everything is good but hike and appraisals are not satisfactory. I received my first hike after 1.5 years due to company not performing well and that too was less than. 5 percent.

The higher management is full of shit. They don't give a damn about their employees. Having caring as their priority they don't have even the C of caring. And talk about job security lol. You never know when's your last day here that's how pathetic this company is.
