Likes

Management kindness towards supporting the staffs and workmanship. Very genuine support and encouragement .

Dislikes

Few employees with fake profiles misusing liberty and wisdom facilitated by organisation and inturn blaming the management for their failures. They are the one who Spoiling the organisation image .

The most I liked the Management had given me to work without any pressure to handle the students.

Dislikes

For me it was not nothing was dislike, because the principal and my other colleagues were of good understanding.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
