There is no fixed policy and over politics and they believe and give more salary whoever not working in the company. They give less salary for good working people. Also they are not keeping good people in their company.

For Over 7 months one girl has been working from home while staying in madurai, Everyone have to raises questions about fairness and about company policies. How is such an arrangement permitted, and is this privilege extended to others as well? Womens policy applicable for only one employees may be she is the owner of the company, If any one ask reports to her she will behave like rudely and headweight with everyone, No grudge towards her but HR and management is favouring to her is not good. If diviya and riaz sir kindly take action against her also. Diviya keep on putting pressure to everyone but you given so much freedom to her only because of she is close to chandru sir.

Management especially chandru pandian, Bussiness Head. He is such a vengance person and so much of partiallity he shown towards employees but not for few peoples. He give promotion as a team leader to unknowledgeble person like kali and he will give WFH option to the MIS team but if other team ask anything he will show the attitude towards them and he will not treat them well. In front of everyone he is gifted leggings to HR women, is this professional?
