The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Don't Work in Kolhapur Region, Maharashtra. Regional Manager & Cluster Manager every time force to staff for working in holiday. They are force for work late night. Other wise they are force for resignation. Very third class language using for staff. Humanity not available. HR Not Supported. In current year total 7 Branch Manager, 5 ABM & 9 to 10 Field Staff resigned.

Three is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues,. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years after which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Pays more salary than non-registered and fraudulent MFIs

Dislikes

Pays one of the lowest salaries in the industry. No scope of growth for any position. No ownership of management towards growth of employees or organizations. Management is from NABARD and considers non NABARDIAN staffs as charity employment. Needs multiple changes in its structure and intent and then would become an unstoppable force.
