...NS provides good work life balance and learning especially with NABARD projects. The prompt payment of Salary is appreciated.

Huge discrimination in Salary and culture for staff in different projects. Improper IT infrastructure such as HRMS softwares leads to huge dependency on email and manual reports. Mostly the recruitments are for a shorter period upto 1 years with high job insecurity.

Only work trimming is good. Atleast free by evening 7 pm.

We at NABCONS not have healthy work culture, No Employee benefit policy, Compensation is very low. Career growth opportunity is zero. Job security is zero. Only contract services. Treating by permanent people of NABARD rudely.

This is the better place for new comers who need pocket money and get relaxed environment including gazetted holidays.

No scope for hardworking staff. Never get promotion as per deliverables. No predefined salary scale available. Means junior getting more salary than the senior.

...ly which are full of flaws. They don't know how many ppl are working in NABCONS. They forget the things easily and sometime they forget to give salary to their employees also. Imagine the whole system which they are following right. Just like a local shop ! No career growth. No salary increment. They promote their internal employee (bootlickers only) through open advertisement. Outsiders should not apply to open advertisement.
