...ly which are full of flaws. They don't know how many ppl are working in NABCONS. They forget the things easily and sometime they forget to give salary to their employees also. Imagine the whole system which they are following right. Just like a local shop ! No career growth. No salary increment. They promote their internal employee (bootlickers only) through open advertisement. Outsiders should not apply to open advertisement.

...NS provides good work life balance and learning especially with NABARD projects. The prompt payment of Salary is appreciated.

Dislikes

Huge discrimination in Salary and culture for staff in different projects. Improper IT infrastructure such as HRMS softwares leads to huge dependency on email and manual reports. Mostly the recruitments are for a shorter period upto 1 years with high job insecurity.

Work culture here is very good, gives a lot of opportunity to learn and improve your skill and salary is very good and satisfactory.

In the job security front it is a little average, salary is very good but there are no extra benefits such as accommodation.

This is the better place for new comers who need pocket money and get relaxed environment including gazetted holidays.

Dislikes

No scope for hardworking staff. Never get promotion as per deliverables. No predefined salary scale available. Means junior getting more salary than the senior.

I think no one to go for contractual job in their life. Every one will treat you like a labour. However, whatever your age and experience, all permanent staff see you by different way.
