Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products that markets reliable,high quality products and has a globle client base. As a result mine is a Japan base client I also like the employees re- hire policy here

Here boss nature is some rudaly I think and compensation is decent but grouth is very slow here. the work pressure is very high some time I have to work 9-10 hours straight in a day as a I have attend client on out side in a he evening time and some timelatein to the night there is no on job training for fressarsso I have them step by step which is a pain some time
