1. Work pressure - Daily you will need to work for 10-11 hours 2. Salary Problem - They are over-smart as they will include most of your salary in variable part and that you will get 50%-50% twice a year and at the time of disbursement of bonus, they will show inefficiency issues to not giving you 100% of your variable part. So just keep in mind that only fixed part is your salary. 3. Low appraisals - Appraisals are 4-5% only if you perform good. 4. Work life balance will become zero 5. In case of concerns, management will not listen to you.

Only wish the benefit package was a bit more comprehensive, but the work model more than makes up for it.
