The salaries are comparitively low but fair enough.

There is no Job security, lack of CSR activities, admitted Govt. retired persons (Class I) and no ideas to lead NGOs.

Here they encourage the ladies staff, job is 100% secure,we are also secure.it is not a company ,it is like Family/team.During every meeting or everyday we will learn something new ideas, knowledge.

No words because nothing we dislike here, everything I likes🙂

It's completely social work. I am working as a community manage resource centre manager. I am managing self help group. And credit link to self help groups, conduct awareness camp and organize visitors. And conduct trainings also. In Myrada doing so many projects. And also giving awareness training, skill trainings also. Working environment is so good, get so many experience in field. Training centres, training materials and also resource persons also here. We have linkage with NABARD, HCL, HSBC etc.,

Dislikes

Growth is slow. Some times I have to work more than 13 to 14 hours. Career growth is slow. So many competition with other NGO's.
