...ewed till then. Nor they confirmed if our interview will happen on the same day. The salary they were offering was 11.5k per month. Worst experience regarding the interview.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance and motivation from seniors to handle multiple tasks at a same time in crucial period which enhanced my experience, skills, strength, ability of result orientation with quality work and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No yearly increment Or Performance Bonus 😒

my team is good and training good not happy with job security career growth is to slow not happy with salary and I don't want to continue with Myntra.com I want growth to other company but not with Myntra.com

- Good Work Life Balance - Good Colleagues and culture.

- Initial Salary is good but appraisals not upto market standards. - Promotions are very biased and based on politics at least in my departments. - Do not join Cloud Platform Engineering, other departments(SF and SCM) are still better regarding promotions and appraisals. - No proper planning and repetitive work in CPE.

Worst Salary. No Appraisals/growth. No weekends off. You will be judged basis weekends tasks as well. They will target you like anything. Politics at its best. Worst Charters to work Customer Team, Planning, Revenue and Growth. Only Manual tasks, Highly ops heavy. No growth Mindset. Bad days of myntra with current management.
