...’ll have your ear yelled off and completely devalued as a human being. 3. The hours are extremely long, 5-1:30, and they’ll make you work extra time without any compensation. You can not even take paid sick leaves. 4. Do not join the company if you want to keep your mental peace intact. I couldn’t last for more than a month due to how bad the environment was.

Some moderators are friendly and will try to help you as much as possible. That, however, is an exception. You gain some knowledge of quite a few subjects, especially business management. You make new friends.

Dislikes

...hour shift, during which also you are flooded with calls from the moderators. They will cut pay for every sick day taken and are extremely miserly when it comes to payment, despite themselves making way too much money. They often delay payments and you're forced to ask them, for which they shamelessly judge you. You will have nightmares of the upper management berating you randomly. Honestly, the constant worry and deteriorating your mental health over such a trivial job is not worth it.

... be working here. You won't even be able to breathe easily. 4. Benefits are nil. However, they did pay a measly sum as a bonus for the assignment season 5. Management does not listen to employee's issues 6. The lack of professional etiquette is huge. 7. No respect for employees from the senior execs 8. The management will impose fine on you for no fault of yours. 9. They do not understand the term "no tutor is able to take up the task because they haven't studied". They just want the work done. 10. Shifts are sometimes variable. You'll end up working a couple of hours extra every night during Assignment season, which you won't get paid for 11. Although it is WFH, you'll end up hating the job. 12. Severe lack of management choices. Termination of the entire content editing team is an example. These are enough for now I guess

I came to know about mymegaminds through internshala ad. I have been working since jan 2020. If u are good in academics writing, u will enjoy working here. My job is to write Universities assignments here( Manly UAE universities). I don't get much time to write assignments as I go to college as well., However I mange to write more than 20 assignments in a month, which is worth 15000-18000 INR. So its good for college going students . Extreme felixibilty. U will be paid in 12-13 days, which is itself quite good. So far I am enjoing the work. Let see what happens later.

Sometimes u may get salary in 20-25 days instead of 14-15 days. U may feel sometimes,there is lack of coordination among moderators and CCs. Rest is good. Don't have any grudge other than these.
