Company lakhs ethics for its employees, poor salary structure, over confidence about their sales, expense policy have not been changed since 2016, If you travel outside they are paying 1000 max for hotel, though now days it's impossible to find proper and good hotel below 2000, for fooding they are giving just 150 without bill for single day . MNC company gives its employe DA min 150 daily as sales representative have expenses , but this dumb company laticrete doesn't gives , Laticrete treats it's employees as Servants, so don't join myk laticrete

1)Pathetic expense policy 2)Pathetic appraisal, you only get 1000 PA growth only 3) Just Doubles the target without any increase in salary payout, 4) Company doesn't want to send in pomp and show

...vironment and culture.teamates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy is good, appraisals are as per performance and they give good salary on time and bonus every year.

You are paid peanuts but expected to climb Mount Everest. Lots of incompetent persons are handling the senior positions, they will just scold you, demotivate you, they don't have constructive solutions. Lots of biasness & internal politics.

I dont dislike myk laticrete company. Only for my packages. Salary is not comfort for me for my working
