... 2. Not able to bring new customers, struggling to retain existing customers. 3. No Hike since two years 4. Each resource will be working in 3-4 different projects, no peaceful working culture. 5. Project managers who does nothing except escalating own resources 6. No skillset improvement, company does nothing to improve skillset, everyone does only manual work. If you want to learn new skill you have to spend extra time to study, but that comes if you have patience after working 10+ hours. 7. if company's PO is not signed or approved then Project managers will blame resources. 8. Micro management of resources.

Good learning exposure on latest demanding technology. There are different award ceremony which use for recognition of employee contribution.

Worst work life balance Manager praise workaholic person Negligible salary increments Manager give tight target delivery project date without understanding complexity of work then keep ask work on Saturday and Sunday Life become too much unhealthy working more than 11 hour daily Earn leaves nether carry forward nor get money after three years

MYCOM OSI has very employee friendly HR policies,like work from home(provided one's project requirements) and best compensation and other benefits.team members are supportive and provides the constructive guidance.

The only thing I liked about this organization is 'NOTHING'.

1. India support team manager is a pathetic person. Making team members overwork is his forte. 2. Another solution team manager will not even ask if u r free. U will be pulled into call directly. 3. Development team works from France and ping u when they r free. 4. U need to get up to work at customer time zone and to solve issues which require dev team intervention, u need to be up till late night. 5. Continual sitting and meal skipping led to peptic ulcer. 6. Support team manager will do nothing to help u with extra resource even if u need it. 7. He continuously keeps asking for and Excel sheet showing your daily work. In short, if u don't want to lose hair due to stress, family due unavailability, eyesight due to continuous screen staring, don't join MYCOM. Additionally, lady hr based in uk doesn't care about India employees. That india suport manager is the boss. U will get lot of opportunities to learn. But u will repent the lost time with family big time.

Great team of people Can approach chief product architect and product design team and ask them questions, queries, suggestions etc. Constant learning Good projects

Work life balance becomes a bit hectic
