Just to Seek and understand the market , Lastly , they will not provide you any Offer letter ( forget about appointment letter ) . So, Stay way from this type of company . iGURU specially

I am recently joined . First they are giving 3 months training on Android.No salary in the training period.After training based on your performance they decided the package.May be the starting salary would be less but hikes are there

One of the worst company to work with. If you are experienced you can work just to add some relevant experience in your resume. If you're a fresher please run. Manager's bad attitude and no proper managing skills. Everytime employees has to suffer with her decisions. They ask us to submit phones as if we are working for some bigger MNC lol

I have learnt a lot to help me enhance my skills.The opportunities to learn and grow here are in a abundance,I feel MCB is carrier oriented company in the school erp sector.I also feel the work atmosphere is very good and motivate employees to work harder.
