Management promoting internal politics, biased promotions and perks, no safety for femle employeea at workplace, 63 plus aged seniors harass employees as if they need to work for 30 more years, prtiality, groupism etc etc.

Incentive cuts,salary cuts, CEO Pressure, No job security, No future growth, Not Recommended for Decent Lady, Growth is only for Lady no equal chance, anything can happen in CEO meeting

My car company is open to innovation and readily latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and good client base bhopal location.

The work pressure is very high. I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend Clint call in evening and sometimes late into the night.Manager not value an individual unique strength which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the time.

It was horrible experience working with this organization. There is miss management ànd politics played by CFO ànd MD. No rèpect for outside professionals. There is no proper data àvailqble neither proper Statutory Compliances. They can remove ànyone at àny point of time and would not give final settlement.

It is çompletely owner driven company. No road map ànd no future direction
