You get to work from home on Fridays, people are approachable

Dislikes

Super low salary micro management unilateral decisions (they literally changed designations of people without informing them) no proper leave policy no health insurance

This company has no work-life balance and demands long hours without meaningful work. The CEO treats employees with an "I'm the boss" attitude, where the boss is always right. Management plays mind games, constantly talking about "culture" but providing none. It’s not a healthy or productive environment.

Lots to learn and good exposure. Work culture is very good. work life balance is also maintained. chill environment.

Dislikes

The perks given are on the downside. No proper leave policy in the company. Appraisal and ctc is not offered much but is compensated with the culture perspectives.
