... being given to SAFETY .Career growth for a dynamic person is not a constraint. Salary and increments are comparable with best in the Industry. Lot of Training being imparted to its employees and there is specific annual target of Training Hours as KPI . Having ISO 9000, 14000, 18000, Green Co , Quality Circle, 5 S and ISO 50001 ( in process ) lot of scope for implementing innovations. To balance the professional Life with Personal life lot of activities are being done. Its having a very good Housing Colony with 350 Houses, lots of greenery , Graden , Temple, Recreation Club for Gents and Ladies, Play Grounds, full fledged GYM , Provision Stores, Ro Water supply , Cable connection, Guest Houses, Workers Canteeen, Executive Mess , Air conditioned Auditorium , School for Children up to 7th Standard. etc....
