Totally wasted my carrier in span of one year.... due to their agreement criteria ....

.compensation is decent ..but growth is very slow. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths,which is why i have to back my suggestions most of the times. There is no more job security during employment for every one.

Work environment and company culture is good. Company policies are good, they give good salery hike and bonus every year.

Salery is good but career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 3years for employees who will starts the career. No proper orientation program for new joinees.
